A small Christmas Experiment (no quitting required)

Before Christmas fully kicks off, I want to share a simple idea with you.

Not a challenge.
Not a detox.
Not a promise to “be better in January”.

Just an experiment.

Because here’s what I notice every year:
By mid-December, a lot of people are already worried about how January is going to feel.

More drinks over Christmas.
Less sleep.
More anxiety.
Then January arrives… and the familiar cycle starts again.

So this Christmas, instead of changing anything, try this:

Just log your drinking.

Each day, write down:

  • Did I drink today? Yes or no
  • Roughly how many units
  • How did I feel the next day?

That’s it.

No judgement.
No rules.
No “I’ll start properly in January”.

Just honest awareness.

Then, when January comes around, take a look back and ask yourself one simple question:

Was it worth how I feel right now?

Not from guilt.
Not from pressure.
From clarity.

Awareness is often the first real shift,

and it’s something you can start quietly, privately, right now.

If this resonates, save this email somewhere you’ll see it over Christmas.

January-you will thank you.

If this resonates, give me a follow or drop me a DM to learn how to reconnect with the best parts of yourself, the parts that were never lost.

It isn’t easy, but if you are ready for a change or you know someone who might be after some encouragement or support, please get in touch.

I would love you to take that crucial first step toward positive change by booking a complimentary Zoom discovery call.

This initial meeting gives me the opportunity to understand your unique needs, challenges, and aspirations, allowing us to create a tailored coaching plan that addresses your specific circumstances.

I’m committed to supporting you throughout your journey.
