More Than A Career Move
I became a life coach because I’ve always been deeply passionate about personal growth and helping others unlock their potential. At various points in my life, I experienced challenges that forced me to ask hard questions, look inward, and rebuild from the inside out. Through that journey, I discovered tools, strategies, and mindset shifts that not only transformed my own life but also ignited a desire to share what I learned.
I realised that so many people feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their purpose, and they often just need someone to guide them, challenge them, and believe in them. That’s what coaching became for me, a way to support others in reconnecting with their own power, clarity, and vision.
Life coaching allows me to combine empathy, structure, and strategy to walk beside people as they rewrite their stories and create lives that feel truly aligned. It’s not about giving advice or having all the answers, it’s about asking the right questions, listening deeply, and holding space for transformation.
Becoming a life coach wasn’t just a career move, it was a calling.
Life Triangle
One thing I’m sure a lot of people struggle with is balancing various elements of their day-to-day life, and this can be visually shown as a Life Triangle
The Life Triangle is a concept used in coaching, personal development, and wellness fields to help people visualise and balance key areas of their lives. While different coaches or models might use slightly different versions, the Life Triangle typically consists of three foundational pillars that are essential for a fulfilling and balanced life.
Interpretations of the Life Triangle
1. Mind – Body – Spirit
This version focuses on holistic well-being:
- Mind: Mental health, thoughts, mindset, learning, and emotional intelligence.
- Body: Physical health, nutrition, sleep, movement, and energy.
- Spirit: Purpose, values, beliefs, connection to something greater (not necessarily religious).
2. Health – Wealth – Relationships
This version emphasizes core life domains that most people strive to optimise:
- Health: Physical and mental well-being.
- Wealth: Finances, career, or overall abundance.
- Relationships: Romantic, family, friendships, and social connections.
3. Personal – Professional – Social
This is often used in life and executive coaching:
- Personal: Self-care, hobbies, identity, and inner life.
- Professional: Career, business, purpose-driven work.
- Social: Community, family, friendships, and external support systems.

You can of course change the pillars to areas which are more specific in what you are aiming for.
How It’s Used in Coaching
- Balance: The triangle shows how imbalance in one area affects the others. For example, neglecting your health might impact your work and relationships.
- Assessment Tool: Coaches may ask clients to rate each side of the triangle to identify where support or change is needed.
- Goal-Setting Framework: Goals can be set within each triangle category to ensure a well-rounded growth path.
